* $25 extra for one night stays or for weekend nights on stays of less than seven nights.
The three nights for Memorial Day weekend are an additional $25/night

There is one queen bed in each of the bedrooms
- Minimum stays may be required
- Rates subject to change
- All rates subject to 11% state and local tax
- A deposit of 25% or one night's stay, whichever is greater, is required for all reservations. When it applies, 45 days prior to arrival date an additional 25% deposit is required.
Balance due on arrival.
- Cancellation notice is required 45 days prior to check-in and will result in a $45.00 processing fee if that occurs. A cancellation within 45 days of check-in results in forfeiture of the deposit if the accommodation cannot be re-rented for the full term of your reservation. There are no refunds for early departure.
- Cash, checks, MC/VISA/Discover or travelers checks accepted
- PLEASE, NO SMOKING IN ROOMS
- SORRY, NO PETS ALLOWED
- Parking is provided for one car for each cottage - limited parking does not allow space for trailers or RV's
- Check in time - 3:00 P.M.
- Check out time - 10:00 A.M. or earlier
