Rates Rates at Seahorse Cottages varies between Season, Off-Season and Holiday stays (which must be three days or more). The detailed rates are: Season: Dec 22, 2007 - April 30, 2008 Studio with kitchen $170.00 per night up to two people One Bedroom Cottage $205.00 per night up to two people Deluxe One Bedroom Cottage $225.00 per night up to two people Two Bedroom Cottage $245.00 per night up to four people * $25 extra for weekend nights on stays of less than seven nights. May 2008 and Off Season Holidays Studio with kitchen $110.00 per night up to two people One Bedroom Cottage $135.00 per night up to two people Deluxe One Bedroom Cottage $165.00 per night up to two people Two Bedroom Cottage $185.00 per night up to four people * $25 extra for weekend nights on stays of less than seven nights. The three nights for Memorial Day weekend are an additional $25/night Off Season: June 1, 2008 - Dec 19, 2008 Studio with kitchen $90.00 per night up to two people One Bedroom Cottage $110.00 per night up to two people Deluxe One Bedroom Cottage $125.00 per night up to two people Two Bedroom Cottage $155.00 per night up to four people * $25 extra for weekend nights on stays of less than seven nights. There is one queen bed in each of the bedrooms Minimum stays may be required Rates subject to change All rates subject to 11% state and local tax A deposit of 25% or one night's stay, whichever is greater, is required for all reservations. When it applies, 45 days prior to arrival date an additional 25% deposit is required. Balance due on arrival. Cancellation notice is required 45 days prior to check-in and will result in a $45.00 processing fee if that occurs. A cancellation within 45 days of check-in results in forfeiture of the deposit if the accommodation cannot be re-rented for the full term of your reservation. There are no refunds for early departure. Cash, checks, MC/VISA/Discover or travelers checks accepted PLEASE, NO SMOKING IN ROOMS SORRY, NO PETS ALLOWED Parking is provided for one car for each cottage - limited parking does not allow space for trailers or RV's Check in time - 3:00 P.M.
